Who is SmartBMS for?

SmartBMS is designed for small and growing businesses that manage products, sales and stock, including retailers, mini-marts and wholesalers. You can run one branch or choose a paid plan as your business expands.

Can my staff use it too?

Yes. Invite staff to your store and assign access according to their responsibilities. Platform administration is separate from your store’s everyday owner and staff accounts.

Does it work without internet?

Supported mobile and desktop workflows include offline POS and inventory. You still need internet for sign-in, initial setup, online payments, SMS and synchronising with the server. Use the web app with an internet connection; offline workflows are available in supported installed apps.

What does a multi-year plan include?

A five- or ten-year plan is a single upfront purchase for that term, rather than a lifetime plan. The welcome SMS allowance is granted once and expires after 12 months; it does not renew every year of a multi-year term.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. The app shows eligible upgrades, renewals and scheduled downgrades. Any unused-term credit and amount due are shown before you approve a payment. Review the current offer and subscription terms before confirming.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Purchase and manage subscriptions in the web app or the Windows and Linux desktop apps. Your business’s plan benefits are available when you sign in on your other supported devices.

How do I get started?

Create your account online, verify your email and set up your store. Start on Free, or choose a paid plan above and review your selected plan after setup. Payment is only made after you confirm it in the app.
